Preparation
  1. Combine 250g pancake mix with 460ml of milk and 2 eggs and whisk until smooth.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled pan over a medium heat. Pour small amounts of batter into the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until bubbles form. Flip and cook the other side until lightly browned.
  3. Stack and serve warm with your favourite toppings.
