Preparation
  1. Slowly blend 250g of batter mix with 250ml of cold water.
  2. Hand whisk constantly until it reaches a smooth creamy consistency without any lumps.
  3. Pat dry your fish or chicken before coating in the batter mix. Shallow fry in oil on a high heat or deep fry at 180° until the coating is crisp and golden.
