Preparation
  1. Whisk 2 eggs and mix in a splash of milk to make a wet dip.
  2. Dip chicken and coat thoroughly with hot & spicy coating powder.
  3. Spray olive oil on the tray of the air fryer and place chicken inside leaving space between each piece. Spray lightly with olive oil to help the coating crisp up.
  4. Cook on 190° for 10 minutes, turn chicken pieces over and cook for a further 10 minutes.
