Preparation

For best results, use 75g of marinade to 1kg of meat or poultry.

  1. Place meat/poultryinto a bag or bowl.
  2. Add marinade, tumble and shake until evenly coated. For optimal flavour, leave the marinated meat/poultry in the fridge for several hours prior to cooking.
  3. Barbeque or air fry until cooked thoroughly.
